How to Add a New Location to Your Toast Connection
Adding a location uses the same connection you already set up. You do not need a new API key: you edit the location list on your existing credential. The steps below show where credentials live in Toast; when you reach the credentials screen, open your existing credential instead of creating a new one.

Open Toast LoginLog in to Toast
Log in to your Toast account at pos.toasttab.com with your email address.

Find Integrations
In the left sidebar, scroll all the way down and click Integrations.

Manage credentials
Under Toast API access, click Manage credentials. Adding a location? Open your EXISTING credential here, check the new location's box under Locations, and save. Do not create a new credential.

Create new credentials
Click the Create new credentials button in the top-right corner.

Select Standard API
From the dropdown, select Standard API.

Standard API Access
You'll see the Standard API Access page. This gives read-only access to the data QuickSpice needs.

Fill in the form
Scroll down. Enter any name for the credential. Under API scopes, select all. Under Locations, select all. Then click Confirm.

Credentials created
Your credentials are now created. You'll see your Client ID and Client Secret on this page.

Copy into QuickSpice
Once the new location is selected on your credential, you are done in Toast. Back in QuickSpice, go to Company Overview and click Find New Locations to import it. If it does not appear yet, wait up to 15 minutes and try again.

Sign in to QuickSpice to enter your credentials.
Sign InLocation added on your Toast credential? Import it into QuickSpice.
Go to Company OverviewAsk your account administrator to add the new location. They can update the Toast credential and then use Find New Locations on the Company Overview page.
