We'll send a secure sign-in link straight to your email. It expires after 15 minutes.
3. Click the link and you're in
That opens QuickSpice signed in as you. Your schedule, tips, and requests are ready to go.

No phone handy? You can also sign in on a shared computer at work with a one-time emailed code; the session ends automatically after a short time.

What you can do

Scheduling
View your upcoming shifts, see who you're working with, and get notified when new schedules are published.
Shift Swaps
Need to trade a shift? Request a swap with a coworker or offer your shift to the team for someone else to pick up.
Time Off
Submit time-off requests and track their status. Specify the days, hours, and leave type, and see your previous requests anytime.
Badge Times
Review your clock-in and clock-out times each day. See your weekly hours at a glance.
Tips
See your estimated tip earnings broken down by day. Tips may be pooled and distributed across your team depending on how your business is set up. Final amounts are confirmed at payroll.
Messaging
Send and receive messages with your team. Stay in the loop on announcements from management.
Forms & Documents
Fill out and sign forms assigned to you. Access company documents and policies anytime.
Shift Requests
Need to fix a clock-in time, adjust a tip, or waive a meal break? Submit a request for any shift and track its status.
Certificates
Upload a photo of your food handler card or other certificates, see what your job requires, and get reminders before anything expires.
